If Not Today, WHEN?

If Not Today, WHEN?

We are all guilty of it, are we not?

We put off the things we should be doing TODAY until
tomorrow…
next week…
next month…
next year…
when things slow down…
when work isn’t so busy…
when money isn’t so tight…
when the weather gets nicer…
when __________________.

Then that time comes, and we put things off again, and again, and again, and again.

And sometimes the things we put off are super important, like scheduling a very long overdue wellness visit with a doctor, losing the weight that’s been slowly creeping on, making a budget, planning family time or even just a mental health break for yourself.

So I encourage you to make today the day that you break the cycle and start doing the things you’ve been putting off far too long TODAY. Because if not today, WHEN?
