We have all be there, right? We buy the gym membership or the fitness program, stock the house with healthy food options, and commit to getting in shape. And it goes great, for the first couple weeks or month, but then we start to slip up. We skip a workout, then two, then three, and we make some less than healthy food choices, and before we know it, we’ve slipped back into our old ways.
Then a few months later, we do it all over again. It’s a vicious cycle, because two very important elements are missing from it all, support and accountability.
As an independent Beachbody coach, my primary focus is to provide support and accountability to those who’ve trusted me to guide them along their health and fitness journey. One of my favorite ways to do this is through monthly online challenge groups.
Through challenge groups, participants receive motivation, encouragement, support and accountability daily while also building new relationships, and learning about meal planning, nutrition and goal setting. The women who fill these groups come from all walks of life, are of all shapes and sizes and various fitness levels, but share one common goal, and that is to get in the best shape of their lives.
